Paper Shipping Airbags
Made of 100% recyclable materials, the Shippers Zebra kraft dunnage airbags are manufactured in the US to help provide quality and shorter lead times. They are reusable up to four times for light over-the-road shipments and have been thoroughly tested and verified by the Association of American Railroads in levels 1-4, Abrasion Resistant (AR) and Sewn End (SE), Zebra paper airbags have innovative zebra stripes to provide ease of installation to make sure bags are properly inflated. The Zebra’s Double End Fold (DEF) Level 1 airbag seams are glued using beads of adhesive glue, and a special folding procedure is used on the Level 2 resulting in stronger end seams. All of the paper airbags are made in a variety of stock and made-to-order sizes for customer convenience.
Zebra Lightweight Paper Shipping Airbags
The lightweight kraft dunnage airbag is one of the most popular airbags on the market. Airbag ends are double end folded (DEF) and sealed with beads of adhesive, resulting in a stronger airbag that provides simple yet effective damage prevention.
Additionally, this kraft dunnage airbag is verified by the Association of American Railroads (AAR), which makes them ideal for use in over-the-road (OTR), intermodal and multi-transport mode loads.
Used with the Superflow or Mobile Air Series inflators, airbag inflation and deflation is quick and easy. In light OTR shipments, the lightweight Zebra can be used up to four times.

Zebra Heavyweight Paper Shipping Airbags
The heavyweight kraft dunnage airbags can brace the heaviest of loads, up to 205,000 pounds. Multiple layers of strong kraft paper help provide extra strength and rigidity. Its ability to “lock the load” in place against the sidewalls means it decreases side to side, up/down, and vibration of loads during transport.
The rigidity of the Zebra heavyweight paper airbag makes installation easier, helping to reduce loader fatigue.
Used with the Digital Inflator and TX inflator this inflator firmly locks on the airbag valve guaranteeing a secure connection during inflation.

Zebra Sewn End / Abrasion Resistant Paper Dunnage Bags
Made of rigid kraft paper, Zebra abrasion resistant airbags “stand up” in voids. This provides easy slide-in installation, especially convenient when working with tall or long voids. Textured kraft material “grips” the sides of the load, which prevents loads from shifting during transport.
Our Sewn End dunnage airbags have no glued ends. Instead, SE dunnage bags stitch a reinforced layer of kraft paper on the ends to increase airbag strength. This stitching has more flexibility than glue, allowing the airbag to stretch and hold its shape in the void.
Inflation and deflation is quick and easy when using the Superflow and Mobile Air Series inflators for this style airbag.
