A global construction materials manufacturer was outfitted with Ranpak’s Fillpak system by Colony. When asked how they could do better, Colony introduced and tested Ranpak’s Greenline paper to replace the 30# Fillpak. Ranpak’s 100% recycled 43# Greenline paper had a higher basis weight which allowed for less paper in the box overall – decreasing the company’s overall material usage and increasing the sustainability efforts being sought by management. The paper switch also decreased the time needed to pack each order adding more realized benefit to the company.
